Cattitude, my Honda CBF

In 2006 I bought my current bike, a Honda CBF 600 S ABS.
She was one of the showroom bikes / rentals from my Honda dealer.
I got her when she was one year old and had close to 8000 km on the odometer.
She is Interstellar Black and I named her Cattitude!

By now she is an older but still very agile lady with 64.000 km on her back (as of September 2020).

Over time I made a few modifications:
Engine protection bars from SW-Motech
The instrument lighting got changed from amber to blue
Givi Monokey Topcase from my previous Honda from 2005
The new Givi V37 panniers
TomTom Rider 550 navigation system

Before I married Angela I was riding with the Eagles Gang (I was Treasurer for quite some time) and Power4Kids doing charity work and raising awareness for Mucopolysaccharidosis.
I also tried to attend as many Toy Runs as possible, there are so many biker groups and organizations out there helping kids and teenagers in need of support.

These days I ride alone or with Angela on the back and do my little excursions.

But getting on Catty’s saddle and taking her up and down the winding roads of the alps still is as exciting as when I first got her.
It is a feeling of freedom, happiness, speed, and being out in the elements…
as only a motorcycle rider knows it.
